This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and pub 555 governing all use of the pub 555 platform, its games, services, and associated features. Please read it in full before registering or placing any wager.

2.1 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or any equivalent confirmation during the pub 555 account creation process, by logging in to an existing Account, or by placing any wager through the Platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, the pub 555 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms made available to you through the Platform.
2.2 These Terms apply to your use of the Platform in their entirety. No part of the Platform may be used on the basis of different, modified, or supplemental terms unless such terms have been expressly confirmed in writing by a duly authorised representative of pub 555.
2.3 pub 555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 17. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
3.1 Age Requirement. The pub 555 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age minimum is mandated by PAGCOR for all casino-style and wagering activities in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. pub 555 will verify your age through the KYC process described in Section 5. Any Account opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all Player Funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Residency. The pub 555 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from pub 555 or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator, you are not permitted to open a new Account or access the Platform during the period of your exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pub 555, its affiliated entities, and its licensed game providers are prohibited from holding Player Accounts or participating in any promotional offer.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the pub 555 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts. pub 555 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. pub 555 is not liable for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pub 555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. All activity carried out through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified pub 555 of a security breach in writing.
4.4 Account Not Transferable. Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your Account balance, or any Bonus credits to any third party.
5.1 pub 555 is required by PAGCOR and by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players before allowing withdrawals of Player Funds. KYC verification must be completed by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) together with a recent proof of Philippine residential address.
5.2 pub 555 may request KYC documentation at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, following a significant change in account activity, or where required by applicable law. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capability.
5.3 All KYC documents submitted to pub 555 are handled in accordance with the pub 555 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law (Republic Act No. 10173).
6.1 All deposits to pub 555 Player Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). pub 555 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to the availability of each payment channel at the time of deposit.
6.2 pub 555 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may charge their own transaction fees; pub 555 is not responsible for fees imposed by your payment provider.
6.3 Deposits may only be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account and the return of deposited funds to the source account.
6.4 pub 555 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks where required by anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide evidence of the legitimate source of deposited funds.
7.1 You may request withdrawal of your Player Funds (excluding Bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation of your Account.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, pub 555 will process withdrawals to an alternative verified Philippine payment account in your name.
7.3 Indicative withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:
7.4 pub 555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside pub 555's control and are your responsibility.
7.5 pub 555 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending identity verification, source-of-funds review, or investigation of potential Terms breach. pub 555 will notify you of any such delay and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.
8.1 pub 555 offers Bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotional communication. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term prevails.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the relevant bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited.
8.3 pub 555 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Accounts, or breach of any promotional term.
8.4 Loyalty Program rewards earned through the pub 555 tier system are subject to the pub 555 Loyalty Program terms, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.1 All Games offered on the pub 555 Platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
9.2 pub 555 live casino games are operated in real time with human dealers. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, dice rolling, wheel spinning) and are final upon settlement. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be submitted to pub 555 support within 24 hours of the disputed event, accompanied by the relevant game round reference number.
9.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure affecting a game round, pub 555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return wager amounts to Player Accounts. pub 555 will not be liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections on the Player's side.
9.4 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and electronic table games are provided within the respective game information screens. These figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
10.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pub 555 Platform:
10.2 pub 555 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Section. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, pub 555 may suspend Account access, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and permanently close the Account, with forfeiture of any Bonus-derived balances.
11.1 All content on the pub 555 Platform — including the pub 555 name, brand identity, logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, software, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pub 555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from pub 555.
12.1 pub 555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the pub 555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are used, the third parties with whom data may be shared, and your rights as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the sharing of relevant data with PAGCOR and competent Philippine government authorities where required by law or regulation.
12.3 pub 555 may use anonymised and aggregated Account data for platform analytics, product improvement, and regulatory reporting purposes. No individually identifiable data is used for these purposes without your separate consent where required by applicable law.
13.1 pub 555 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all Account holders, accessible at any time through Account Settings:
13.2 pub 555 reserves the right to impose limits on any Account where it suspects that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties, regardless of whether the Player has requested such limits.
13.3 Players experiencing difficulties with problem gambling are encouraged to seek assistance. pub 555 cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and associated player welfare resources.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub 555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses.
14.2 pub 555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from malicious code. pub 555 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
14.3 pub 555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pub 555 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from pub 555's proven negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
15.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pub 555 support via the live chat channel available within the Platform. Any verified Player Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
15.2 Closure by pub 555. pub 555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; or upon instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
15.3 In the event of Account closure for cause, pub 555 may withhold Player Funds pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may forfeit Bonus-derived balances. Deposits not derived from Bonus exploitation will be returned to the verified source payment account following completion of any investigation.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the pub 555 Platform that cannot be resolved through the pub 555 complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.2 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pub 555 Platform or your Account, you should first contact pub 555 support via live chat or by email to the address set out in Section 18. pub 555 aims to acknowledge all complaints within one (1) business day and to resolve them within five (5) business days. Complaints involving game outcomes must include the relevant game round reference number.
17.1 pub 555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Player, pub 555 will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect.
17.2 Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, and updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice.
17.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time of any disputed event or action governs that event or action. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
